                主要研究方向:

                  從事環(huán)境污染物的早期健康效應研究,研究環(huán)境中的重金屬、大氣細顆粒物(包括PM2.5PM0.1)等對人體健康的影響。利用環(huán)境有機地球化學(xué)、流行病學(xué)、和毒理學(xué)等方法,篩選重金屬暴露對兒童智力發(fā)育的影響及其特異性生物標志物,探索重金屬對兒童神經(jīng)發(fā)育的快速評估系統;篩選和鑒定大氣顆粒物中的有效毒性種類(lèi),鑒定特異性生物標志物,闡述PM中新污染物對人體的毒作用模式。

                  針對環(huán)境中重金屬的污染問(wèn)題,結合流行病學(xué)數據和體外驗證結果,提出砷、汞、鉛和鎘四種重金屬低濃度長(cháng)期暴露的情況下,低于國家血鉛閾值(100 g/L)的血鉛仍然是誘導兒童智力降低的主要因素,篩選出2個(gè)印記基因,作為血鉛誘導兒童智力降低的生物標志物,并進(jìn)一步探索評估鉛對智力影響的快速檢測系統。研究發(fā)表在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域頂級期刊ES&TSTOTEN, EP雜志上,獲得了國家專(zhuān)利許可,并作為評價(jià)多種重金屬低濃度暴露下血鉛對兒童智力有顯著(zhù)影響的有力數據,被全球環(huán)境健康權威數據庫美國環(huán)保署綜合風(fēng)險信息系統(US EPA IRIS)關(guān)注并收錄作為各國政府重金屬公共衛生管理的決策依據。

                  篩選鑒定PM2.5/PM0.1樣品各組分中的有效毒性物質(zhì),依據流行病學(xué)和人體細胞實(shí)驗結果,利用傅里葉變換離子回旋共振質(zhì)譜儀(FT-ICR MS)、加速器質(zhì)譜(AMS)、核磁共振(NMR)、制備性液相色譜分離技術(shù)、氣相液相質(zhì)譜技術(shù)等地球化學(xué)方法分析新污染物的組成、結構、來(lái)源等信息。初步篩選出PM2.5中來(lái)源于生物質(zhì)燃燒、煤炭燃燒和二次污染源的類(lèi)腐殖酸類(lèi)化合物(Huminc-like Substances, HULIS)可能是誘導炎癥和凋亡的主要毒性組分,其芳香環(huán)數和雙鍵數起關(guān)鍵作用,并篩選鑒定出新化合物的分子式。研究結果發(fā)表在環(huán)境領(lǐng)域頂級期刊ES&TEP等雜志上,并兩次被選為ES&T的內封面。

                  在國內首次建立HPLC-MS/MS全基因組DNA甲基化和MALDI-TOF-MS/MS分析組蛋白修飾的檢測方法,分析了環(huán)境中普遍存在的三氯生和苯及其代謝物低濃度暴露誘導的毒性效應,并篩選出了潛在的分子標志物。關(guān)于三氯生的文章,被英國知名的文獻推薦平臺F1000prime推薦為非常好的論文,并評價(jià)了論文結果對三氯生肝毒性的貢獻。
