              •   湖南衡陽(yáng)人,研究員,博士生導師,國家優(yōu)秀青年基金獲得者。2009年本科畢業(yè)于中國地質(zhì)大學(xué)(北京),2014年博士畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院地質(zhì)與地球物理研究所/中國科學(xué)院廣州地球化學(xué)研究所。曾先后在美國科羅拉多大學(xué),美國伊利諾伊大學(xué)香檳分校,俄羅斯科學(xué)院地球物理研究所,美國佐治亞理工學(xué)院進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)問(wèn)交流。2014年7月在廣州地化所工作至今,2022年1月起任研究員。現任國際SCI期刊Pure and Applied Geophysics(PAGEOPH)的Editor,國際SCI期刊Terra Nova的Associate Editor,國內英文期刊Earthquake Science的Editorial Board, 也是中國地球物理學(xué)會(huì )大陸動(dòng)力學(xué)、地震學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )委員,中國地震學(xué)會(huì )地震學(xué)、地殼深部探測、青年科技工作委員會(huì )委員。

                  主要研究地球演化在地殼和巖石圈尺度的結構及變形:1)大尺度的巖石圈結構及其指示的地質(zhì)過(guò)程;2)小尺度的地殼結構及其與斷裂帶、成礦帶的關(guān)系。
                  發(fā)展使用多參數聯(lián)合反演算法來(lái)解決地球物理的多解性問(wèn)題(聯(lián)合反演速度結構,密度結構等),同時(shí)特別注重多參數的聯(lián)合解釋以及與實(shí)際地質(zhì)問(wèn)題的結合。在古地幔柱的地球物理響應,青藏高原東北緣變形機制,中國東部巖石圈性質(zhì)等方面有一系列創(chuàng )新型成果。共發(fā)表SCI論文50余篇,其中第一作者或通訊作者SCI論文二十余篇(包括Earth-Science Reviews , Earth and Planetary Science Letters, Geophysical Research Letter, Journal of Geophysical Research; Tectonics, Lithos, Geophysical Journal International, Tectonophysics等),引用接近2000次(google學(xué)術(shù))。2019年第一作者/通訊作者PEPI文章入選該期刊Most cited articles since 2018。
